DELIVERY TIME:
Average delivery is 3-4 weeks for European Stocked items.  We can usually offer faster deliveries on most products or an alternative that is available sooner.  If your goods are required for a particular date please make sure we are aware and we will ensure that you recieve your delivery in good time for your event.

ARTWORK:
We accept most artwork by email. Our preferred formats are Illustrator.EPS files or PDFs.

EXTRA CHARGES:
There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. There is just ONE additional charge £35 + vat to the prices shown which covers all set-up costs, art work, design of your message, printing / processing as described AND delivery UK. This ONE £35 charge covers any number of different products ordered at the same time, again including all set-up charges and deliver UK.

PAYMENT:
For new accounts we can accept payment with order by BACS or credit card, please ask your account manager about setting up a credit account.

HOW DO YOU PLACE AN ORDER?
You can fax or email us with your details and order requirements and attach your artwork, or you can order on line by clicking on the item and quantity and 'add to cart'. We will then contact you to confirm your exact order and payment details.
