Artwork may be sent by e-mail as an attachment. Attachments can then be viewed, opened and printed if the format and certain protocals of transmitting data are followed.

Sending a PC or Mac file
We prefer the following formats: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, EPS, or PDF files, as well as JPEG or GIF.

Coral Draw, Freehand or Quark Express files may be used, but these can sometimes be problematic, particularly regarding obscure typefaces, this may result in delays.

MicroSoft Word & associated software usually creates artwork of inferior quality, which will have to be reproduced and reproofed.

Please state, wherever possible, Pantone colour references in your e-mail, or as an attachment when sending artwork via ISDN.

Please compress files wherever possible in Zip, Stuffit, or similar format.
