How To Order
Ordering from EMC is simple.
The quickest way to get an accurate quote with a full understanding of your requirements is to pick up the phone dial 0845 345 1064 or 020 8492 2200 and speak to one of our experienced sales team.
To use the website to send your enquiry, find the products you require using the green search box in the top right hand corner of the site or browse the category and feature pages using the homepage menus or left hand navigation (once off the home page) then click on the price of the required quantity and add to enquiry basket. Continue to build your basket of required products before returning to the basket to checkout. At this stage either send your enquiry as a guest or create a simple account with login and password to remember your information for future visits.
A member of the sales team will pick up your enquiry, check stock availability and come back to you with a full quote.
You can also send an email to sales@emcadgifts.co.uk with your contact information and details of your order or enquiry.
However you wish to place your order, don’t worry, we will not take any payment until we have agreed your artwork and confirmed your order back to you.

Artwork Guidelines
Artwork for your order should be sent by email to graphics@emcstudio.co.uk. We can also arrange access to our dropbox folder for larger files or they can be sent by post on a CD, DVD or USB drive.
Our preferred formats for artwork are illustrator eps pdf or ai files, with all files and fonts included. All text and graphics should be outlined. We are currently working on Illustrator CS3 but can convert newer formats.
If you do not have your artwork in one of these formats we can work from a JPEG or even a letterhead but may in some cases need to charge £25 for redrawing your artwork.
Full colour artwork for transfer or digital printing if prepared at the correct print size can be supplied as a high resolution JPEG.
